  came here before 11  to get a few subs the place had its door locked  the server was there staring at us like we were going to mug him or something... we didnt even want to eat in.. like what a total piss off of a night.. i understand most people want to get off right when the store closes. but seriously buddy you lost 3  customers because of  your damned lazyness  when it was cleary not even 11pm like seriously... way to tell people to go F@ck themselves

  Today we were celebrating 2 birthdays and called 3 days ahead to order a 6 foot sub. I told her 1/3 turkey breast, 1/3 roast beef and last 1/3 assorted. I asked for lettuce and cheese on the whole sub and gave her a list of add ons.
  Today we were to pick the sub up at 3. At 2 she called me and asked if that was white bun and what kind of cheese. So far no issue
  Well okay was issue from first call, I dont speak whatever language they speak and they dont speak English well.
  So 2nd girl came on who they said can help me
  Well when my son went at 3 to pick up the 6 foot sub, she handed him a bag with 6 subs in it.
  How the fuck am I going to have 13 people eat from 6 regular subs?
  She offered to cut them in half and my son said so just 1 person wont eat instead of half
  Luckily Celi and Presti made us up a beautiful tray and Lucianos made us  a couple party trays, so no one was hungry with half a sub at a party!!
  Now i`ve ordered a 6 foot sub from there before so I know they can make one.
  Its just having someone understand what the hell you`re saying to them
  Good God people at least have someone who can take an order
  I hope today, they bought a lottery ticket cause its indeed their lucky day, because if I had gone to pick up a 6 foot sub that wasnt, there be lettuce flying!!!

  Stopped in here today as it's my regular lunch stop, I order the new chipotle steak wrap every time telling them to add the toppings as advertised ! The lady's name was Jas and she proceeded to ask me cheese and I said yes the cheese that's advertised ( shredded or something ) she says yep white cheese , then adds steak and when I ask for the guacamole she refuses to put it on because she says it's not part of the wrap, I get this particular wrap at least 2-3 times a week I know it's on there but she continued to refuse me saying nope it's not included anyway I ask for salt and pepper and she wraps it up without it as if It's too much she asks to have it grilled I said yep and she grilled it not even 10 seconds .... im now going to use mr sub as my go to for lunch they are out of the way but they offer skip the dishes !!!!
